The customer had a telephone system which was inadequate for their requirements.They were losing out of hour calls due to the current system not showing the customers number when the calls were being diverted, therefore they were unable to ring back customers.
We installed a Panasonic NCP telephone system and configured this to have the correct call deflection service which was requested and interrogated using our Harrier 2 with laptop diagnostic software. The system was programmed to ensure the number showed when diverting calls. A remote extension was added for their premises across the road. The customer had offices elsewhere which we looked at but decided they were working correctly and we advised not to change anything here. Ongoing support is offered with a fast response maintenance service.
